HSC Results are in for 2015

Congratulations to all of our HSC students on their hard work and wonderful achievements this year. HSC results were published on the 16th of December and ATARs released on the 17th of December.

In 2015, William Carey students achieved 21 band 6 results (90+% mark or a notional band 6 if in an extension course) across 13 subject areas. 13 students received a band 6 result in at least one subject. In addition, we had 165 band 5 results (80% or more).

Subjects that earned band 6 results were Business Studies (2), Chemistry (1), Drama (1), Economics (2), Mathematics (1), Extension 1 Mathematics (4), Extension 2 Mathematics (1), Music (1), PDHPE (3), Physics (2), Textiles & Design (1), Visual Arts (1) and Hospitality (1).

Congratulations goes to Jasneil Singh who achieved an ATAR ranking of 97.70 to be this year’s dux. Close behind were Bradley Stephens (97.5) and Nathaniel Warren (97.15). Other notable achievements were Vinaayak Ram (94.95); Jerome Sami (94.7); Ethan Tai (94.25) and Mary Zheng (93.95). Well done to all 88 of our HSC cohort – we pray your efforts are rewarded with the courses or careers that have been mapped out for you.
