Marketing Assistant (Events and Community Engagement) – Part Time

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant (Events and Community Engagement) to join our Community Relations and Marketing Team. This role contributes to maintaining the image and brand of the School throughout all events, marketing materials and internal publications. The successful applicant will be involved in the day to day operations of the Community Relations and Marketing Office and will require skills in copywriting for digital and print media, event coordination, content creation, social media management and website management. The Marketing Assistant (Events and Community Engagement) reports to the Community Relations Officer and plays an integral role in maintaining and developing the School’s reputation within the community.

Collections Officer – Part Time
Commencing December 2019/January 2020

We are seeking an experienced and well-organised Collections Officer responsible for the collection of school fees and accounts receivable administration of the school. The role requires a high level of perseverance and commitment to collect school fees, balanced with compassion for our families during hardship. The successful applicant will also require finance experience in being our accounts all-rounder to assist with accounts payable, general ledger preparation and payroll when required. Reporting to the Business Administrator, this role plays an important part in managing the school’s cash flow.

High School Technology/TAS Teacher (Engineering Studies)

We are seeking a High School Technology/TAS Teacher (Engineering Studies) to commence full time at WCCS in Term 1, 2020.

Essential Criteria:

* A person of evangelical Christian convictions and character, actively involved in church and committed to the work of Christian education.
* Appropriate qualifications, training and experience.
* Experience in teaching students within Stages 4 – 6, to meet a wide range of student learning requirements, including effective use of ICT in the classroom.
* Teaching experience in Stage 6 Engineering Studies.
* An excellent classroom teacher with a deep and broad knowledge of current issues and practices.
* A current Working with Children Check as legislated.

* An excellent classroom teacher with a deep and broad knowledge of current issues and practices.
* A current Working with Children Check as legislated.
