During the April school holidays, 18 students and three teachers spent two weeks in Europe, visiting fascinating historical sites and immersing themselves in the culture.
They visited Munich, Nuremberg and Berlin to learn about 20th Century Germany and the rise of the Nazi Party. The group the flew to Naples to visit the famous archaeological site of Pompeii and climb Mount Vesuvius before finishing the trip in Rome, where they will explored the Colosseum, the Vatican and the Roman Forum.
The staff and students alike had an amazing time and have returned to school with many stories to tell. You can see all of their photos and videos on the WCCS History Study Tour Facebook page.
